The P.H. rental units will be administered through a management company under supervision of the Millennium Hills Housing Development Fund Corporation, a not for profit entity. The Huntington H.A. will receive any annual funds from HUD and have oversight. The HHA handles the administration of the units on behalf of MHHDFC(see what is Public Housing? for additional information)

The HHA and most, if not all, Long Island HA's, do not continuously accept applications because the number of applicants are much larger than the available resources/funding. The HHA is fully leased as of 5/2006. funds for new applicants become available if people drop off from one of the programs.
