Millennium Hills Housing Development Fund Corporation

The Town of Huntington Housing Authority Board of Commissioners established the Millennium Hills Housing Development Fund Corporation (MH HDFC) to create safe, decent and affordable housing for low-to moderate income families within the Town of Huntington. In late 2004, the MH HDFC completed the construction of eighty four (84) townhouse units in Melville, N.Y., of which, forty four (44) of the units were sold to low to moderate income families. The MH HFDC Board of Directors owns and oversees forty (40) public housing units and are members of the Millennium Hills Homeowners Association (MH HOA).

The Millennium Hills Development is located on Walt Whitman Road just south of the Long Island Expressway. The tree lined community is comprised of 21 four unit buildings. Each of the buildings contain 2 two -bedroom units and 2 three-bedroom units. All units have dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. In addition, all units have 1 ½ bathrooms and private yard space.
